What’s covered

Your LUNN product is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase.

This includes:

• Foam that flattens or splits under normal use.
• Seams, zips and covers that fail under normal use.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear, or changes in softness that don’t affect support.
• Damage from misuse, improper cleaning or accidents.

Making a claim

Email support@lunn.example.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll repair or replace the product at no cost.
