Fluff and rotate your supports weekly to keep the foam even. Air them near an open window once a month.
Washing covers
Remove the cover and wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Never wash or submerge the foam insert itself.
Storage
Store flat in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing foam for long periods, which can shorten its life.
